Refund Policy


EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item has shipped, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective due to faulty workmanship and defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@gamblingolf.com and we will open an exchange claim and investigate. You will need to provide pictures of the defective item to be reviewed before an exchange can be approved.

If you received an item and are unhappy with the design or size and there are no defects, you can request to have the item exchanged for a like-priced item (+ exchange fee), pay the difference to go to a larger-sized item (+ exchange fee), or receive a store credit for the difference to go to a smaller-sized item (+ exchange fee). The defect-free item needs to be unused with all tags attached. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.


RETURNS

Our policy only covers exchanges for defective items within 30 days since your item shipped, at the moment.

REFUNDS

Our policy covers exchanges for defective items within 30 days since your item shipped, as well as refunds owed for returned items.

If any refund is due to you, it will be credited back to your original form of payment. We are unable to provide a refund as a check, cash, or to a different method other than your original payment method. Please contact us at hello@gamblingolf.com with any questions.


SHIPPING

For all exchanges, contact us at hello@gamblingolf.com and we will walk you through the process after the issue has been investigated and approved for an exchange.

For defective products: We will cover the return shipping to us and the shipping cost of the exchanged item to you.

For non-defective products: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, covering the charge if we pay return shipping costs, and any exchange/refund fees. Shipping of the exchanged item to you will be covered by us once your exchange has been approved.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any item(s) you are shipping to us to exchange. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
